The item is then delivered to CCC Library and students are notified via email to pick it up. Summit is preferred over ILL.

Fines/Fees: There are no late fees for items at CCC Library. However, there are lost fees. Late Notices will be sent to the patron's email address on the following schedule :

CCC Library material more than 3 weeks overdue will be declared "lost" and you will be charged the price of the item plus a $5 processing fee.

Summit Libraries material more than 3 weeks overdue will be declared "lost" and you will be charged $75.00 plus $15.00 service charge.

When responding to overdue notices via email, please do not reply to the original notice email. Send all inquiries to, or call the circulation desk at (503) 594-3491.

It takes 3 business days for materials to arrive at Harmony. There are no library services at the Wilsonville campus except instruction by request.

Library Cards:  For CCC staff and students, your CCC identification card is your library card. Obtain your free ID card in Roger Rook Hall. Residents of Clackamas County may obtain a borrower's card at the Library's Circulation Desk.
