If you have forgotten your PIN:

• By phone: we can email you at the email address we have on file with your current PIN if you contact us over the phone.
• You can change it in person when you are in the library.
• Here is how you can change your PIN from your own device if we have your email address on file:

1. Follow this link to our catalog https://sprp.ent.sirsi.net/client/en_US/springfield/? 
2. click either the "log in" or "my account" link at the top of the page.  
3. The dialog box has a link in the bottom left corner: Forgot my PIN. 
4. Click Forgot my PIN and enter your library card number

You will receive an email with a change PIN link.
